tasalle® provides digital services for product verification, brand protection, track-and-trace, warranty, engagement and related platform functions as configured for each user and brand.

Users must provide accurate information where required, protect authentication credentials, use the platform lawfully and avoid attempts to manipulate verification, campaigns, rewards or platform controls.
Verification results are generated from configured product data, validation logic and, where applicable, third-party verification services. Results should be interpreted according to the status and guidance presented by tasalle® and the relevant brand.
Brands are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of product, serial, campaign, warranty and service information they provide or approve within their permitted platform scope.
Some platform functions may depend on network connectivity or third-party vendors. The FRD includes failover and graceful-degradation requirements for defined verification and messaging scenarios.
tasalle®, its partners and customers retain rights in their respective software, marks, content, product data and proprietary technologies, subject to applicable agreements.
Production terms should define how material changes are communicated and when they take effect.
